I create private, playful boudoir experiences for adults who want to loosen up, explore, and make something that feels unmistakably like them.
Some people arrive with a complete vision. Others arrive with nerves, a bag of outfits, and absolutely no idea what they are doing.
I know what to do with both.
HOW CHERRY PIE BEGAN
I spent more than 15 years photographing people and brands before I ever called myself a boudoir photographer.
Cherry Pie began when I turned the camera on myself around age 40 (during the pandemic none the less). Taking self portraits gave me space to experiment with how I wanted to look, feel, and express myself without trying to fit anyone else’s idea of sexy.
It was not about becoming a different person. It was about giving more of myself permission to show up.
In 2021, I started photographing friends and watched something shift in front of my camera. The nerves softened. The posing became play. The person who arrived wondering what to do, began making the experience their own.
That was the beginning of Cherry Pie Boudoir.
BEHIND THE scenes
When I am not holding a camera, I am probably performing burlesque, hosting a show, planning my next strange creative project, disappearing into the wilderness, or tending to the small zoo I somehow created.
I am queer, a wife, practice ENM, mom of two daughters, lover of corny jokes, enthusiastic collector of trolls, and firm believer that most things are better with a little a lot of sarcasm.
I take work seriously. I do not take myself nearly as seriously.
WORKING WITH ME
My sessions are full of conversation, collaboration, guidance, and usually a fair amount of laughing.
You can art direct every detail, bring a loose idea, or hand me the reins completely. I will help with posing, movement, expression, styling, and the ideas you have not quite figured out how to explain yet.
I work with adults across all genders, bodies, identities, and relationship styles. My approach is queer affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and comfortable with images that range from soft and suggestive to explicitly erotic.
There is room to explore, but never pressure to perform. Your comfort, consent, and boundaries remain central throughout the experience.
I KNOW BOTH SIDES OF THE CAMERA
I am a photographer, alternative model, burlesque performer, show producer, and publisher of REAL Babes Magazine.
That means I understand how vulnerable it can feel to be photographed, how awkward posing can feel, know all about feeling insecure, and how powerful it is when an image finally feels like you.
My experience in front of the camera helps me guide movement and expression without forcing everyone into the same collection of boudoir poses. My work behind the scenes helps me build concepts, shape a visual story, and bring even the vaguest idea to life.
